This website is operated by ARECIFE JIU JITSU L.L.C., the Gracie Barra school opening at Creek Gate, Dubai Creek Harbour, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). We are responsible for the personal data collected through the waitlist form on this website.
02What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect and record:
your email address (required);- your name (optional);
- the language you used on the page (English or Arabic);
- your consent and the version of the consent wording;
- the date and time of your sign-up.
Your language choice is stored in a cookie for up to one year so we can remember it when you return.
03Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing info@graciebarradch.com.
04Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the waitlist and send emails. Zoho delivers signup details to our academy inbox and sends confirmation emails when enabled. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for spam. These providers act on our instructions, and we share only what is necessary.
